Logue, 21, from Guildford, England, was into jazz, tap and ballet dancing until she got her first pair of skates eight years ago. Buoyed by the number of skate parks in her native country, she progressed from coasting down the street and doing little jumps to the kind of technical routines she zips through today. She gave up dance within a year because it got in the way of in-line competitions. From: http://www.hattiesburgamerican.com/news/stories/20030831/ourkids/164687.html

How did you end up Pro?
My first pro comp was the 97 X trials in Rhode Island and back then there were no Am qualifiers, etc. I just got asked if I wanted to enter and I said "yes" and it all went from there.
What skaters have influenced you along the way?
When I first stated, it was Arlo as he was in the Bottom Line my first video. Then Dawn Everett, I saw her in some videos and thought it was cool – she was so good. I always used to skate with just guys so it was really exciting to see another girl skate.
Who is the one person that you really enjoy seeing on your travels and why?
There's not one person in particular, its just good to catch up with people I only get to see once a year.
What do you think of the ASA?
I think it's OK 'cos at the moment, without it the sport would not get so much coverage and there wouldn't be as many events to get everyone together to skate.
What do you think of IMYTA street battle comps?
It's a really good idea as not everyone is into park skating. Also it has taken the emphasis off the ASA and people are realizing that its not all about park comps.
What video's will you have clips or sections in this year?
Apart from 'Rolling' I guess there'll be a few tricks in the EF3 Occulture video, and Colony of Summer.
How do you feel about the new K2's?
The basic K2 boot has been the same for a good few years now so it's a real step forward that this new boot is really different and finally UFS. It was strange at first 'cos I was so used to the old style K2s but changing skates has kinda made it all new again and with the royal piece so different. It's better for nugans.
Who are your other sponsors?
Route One skate shop.
What hobbies do you have outside of skating?
Music, movies, gym, pubs, shopping
Do you have a day job?
At the moment I'm temping over the winter, mostly random office jobs.
What would you change about the industry if you had the power?
I don't know if this counts as "changing the industry" but I guess it's related...I don't like the way that kids starting to skate at the moment, they are so concerned with looking cool and trying to act cool rather than just not giving so much of a damn and having fun. There seems to be a lot more hostility amongst skaters now than there used to be. Aah, well...
